Gitpo Renew-Indigenous Renewables is an Indigenous family owned and operated business which uses the latest and most innovative technology available while honoring and respecting the land and communities in which we work.Based in Natoganeg First Nation on the beautiful Miramichi River in New Brunswick, Gitpo Renew offers full turnkey renewable energy solutions. From consultation, to engineering and design, to installation and maintenance, Gitpo Renew has assembled a support team of engineers and renewable energy experts with many decades of combined industry experience.

Our focus will also include supporting Indigenous people in these technologies so that they can help create a sustainable future in their communities. Gitpo Renew will become the standard to which future First Nations partnerships aspire to achieve.

Under the direction of company President Galen Augustine this is a true, Indigenous family owned and operated business. We will combine the values and 7 sacred teachings, also known as "The Teachings of the Seven Grandfathers" with the most modern and innovative technology available today.

The teachings are represented by animals and include wisdom, love, respect, bravery, honesty, humility, and truth

Our multi-generational Indigenous management team will ensure that our work is done within the framework of these sacred teachings and our non-Indigenous support team will provide the technical expertise and products to aid in our mandate to support First Nations people in their goals to actively participate in the exciting and evolving world of renewable energy so that their communities can continue to thrive for many years to come.

Roger and Aiyana will play key roles in ensuring that Gitpo Renew consults fully with both the Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities that we work in and that our work is done in a manner that respects the land and the people who inhabit it.
